Digital Technology Manager, Data Center Operations - Google

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program management. 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports. Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience leading and scaling global, distributed technical program management or engineering teams. Direct experience operating within data center environments or other high-technology infrastructure environments. Proven expertise in managing complex engineering drawings, technical specifications, and the end-to-end operational handover documentation process. Deep understanding of building design, construction processes, fabrication projects, and associated workflows. Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership decisions, align stakeholders, and present technical roadmaps. Responsibilities Manage, mentor, and align a highly technical, distributed team of program managers across North America and South America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistent operational standards and tool utilization globally. Partner closely with executive and cross-functional leadership to influence decisions regarding digital content, operational tooling, and AI integration. Manage the governance, tools, and processes for critical engineering and building design documents, ensuring seamless handover documentation and high-quality drawings from construction to operations. Drive the roadmap for the team's engineering content systems and establish sustainable operational models for AI-driven platforms.
