We are seeking a Financial Controller to take ownership of accounting for a manufacturing operation and serve as a key financial partner to leadership. What You Will Do

• Own full-cycle accounting, including month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Lead manufacturing cost accounting, including standards, variances, labor, overhead, and product costing
• Manage inventory accounting, valuation, reconciliations, physical inventory, reserves, and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls and scalable accounting processes
• Partner with operational and executive leadership to identify efficiencies, improve margins, and support business decisions

What You Need

• Strong manufacturing, plant, or operational accounting experience
• Hands-on expertise in cost and inventory accounting
• Experience managing month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, and full-cycle accounting
• Ability to analyze variances, understand operational cost drivers, and communicate financial results
• Experience working within an ERP environment
• Experience in manufacturing, food and beverage, consumer products, or other production-based environments is preferred.
