Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Medical Surgical Telemetry position at a 225-bed specialty care hospital in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and a valid MI RN license.

Details

• Medical Surgical Telemetry unit within a 225-bed specialty care hospital
• Hospital offers a broad range of specialty services including Heart & Vascular, Cancer Care, Brain & Spine, Rehab, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine, Women's Health, and Pediatrics
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Michigan (MI) RN license required
• AHA certifications required (specific certifications must be AHA-issued)
• Minimum 2 years of PCU or Medical Surgical Telemetry RN experience
• Social Security number required for consideration
• Date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for this travel position
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates who are currently employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
• The facility is located in Marquette, MI, the largest community in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and home to Northern Michigan University
