Nursing ManagerWe're seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Manager to lead our outpatient clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to guide clinical excellence, drive performance outcomes, and support a culture of compassionate, high-quality patient care.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesOversees and supervises day-to-day operations of nurses (RNs and LPNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs) through direct oversight of Registered Nurse(s) and Charge LPNs for all locations, ensuring safety, compliant and quality service delivery.Collaborate with management to achieve departmental goals and quality initiatives.Uphold nursing standards as defined by the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics and Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice.Lead and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and teamwork.Participate in performance improvement, research, and quality initiatives.Support the center's mission, vision, and performance measures.Ensures that all new hires and existing staff receive appropriate training and/or retraining on the Electronic Health Record and other applications as required by the organization.Develop and implement an effective workforce planning strategy in alignment with resources available.
