Senior Paralegal – Estates / Corporate / Litigation

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with 10+ years of paralegal experience preferred to support a busy practice. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The paralegal will support various practice areas, including transactional matters, wills, trusts, estates, and litigation .

Salary: $70,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with clients, including participation in client meetings and document signings
• Assist in drafting estate documents, deeds, board consents, stockholder consents, corporate formations, corporate governance, and financing documentation
• Assist with estate administration tasks, including preparation of accountings
• Maintain and organize minute books, stock ledgers, and other corporate records
• Manage deadlines and maintain accurate files and records
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards
• Electronically file documents in various courts and jurisdictions
• Support litigation matters as needed
• Create and maintain standard forms and templates
• Conduct legal research
• Support compliance matters, including external filings, registrations, and licenses
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved institution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and teleconferencing software
• Experience with Clio or similar legal practice management software preferred
• Strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, manage workflow efficiently, and exercise sound judgment
• Punctuality and reliability required
