You will partner with internal teams to execute customer deliverables. These responsibilities include coordinating timelines, managing requests, and ensuring all projects are meeting or exceeding the established metrics for contract, deadline, and quality standards. You will attend customer calls, provide regular updates to customers and internal teams, and work collaboratively to ensure customer success.What you needBachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent work experienceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detailAbility to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)Technical aptitude for learning new software and systemsHealthcare experience is a plusCompensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000-$81,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package. For more information on specific benefits, please refer to our Careers Page.While this position may allow for a work from home environment, candidates must live in the Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas.
