Operations Manager

Our Client, a leading manufacturing company located in Leesburg Fla is looking for a hands‑on leader to manage a growing production team. What You\u2019ll Do Lead and manage a team of 5–6 direct reports, including daily coaching, decision‑making, and conflict resolution. Oversee inventory management and production scheduling. Monitor and mitigate production risks to keep the team on track. Ensure data accuracy across daily Excel-based tracking sheets (critical to preventing production errors). Drive process improvements and help build out new systems and workflows. Maintain clean, accurate documentation across the production cycle. What We\u2019re Looking For 5+ years of leadership/management experience (fabrication or manufacturing background a plus). Moderate to expert‑level Excel skills — this is a daily, data‑entry‑heavy role. Comfortable with Google Sheets, email, and general computer navigation (basic QuickBooks trainable). A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — someone who\u2019s excited to build and improve, not just maintain. Strong multitasking and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with a bilingual team (translation tools used as needed). Details Schedule: Approx. 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base salary (commensurate with leadership experience). Benefits: Health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match after 1 year, 3 weeks PTO.
