Office Support/Sample Login Specialist

Job Title Login/Client Support Specialist Job Overview Location: Must live a commutable distance to Ayer, MA. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Full-time, benefit-eligible position. Compensation: $20 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Regular attendance and punctuality Collect samples from on-site drop box Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample Organize and record samples Data entry into LIMS (TALS experience a PLUS) Maintenance of the department and lab, including stocking supplies and housekeeping Assist with customer services Handle interactions with walk-in clients Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner Process daily mail and small shipments of bottle kits. Provide great customer Service to walk in clients.
