Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 200 ranked national law firm seeking a 5 to 9 year Corporate Associate Attorney to join its Seattle office on a hybrid basis. This is a transactional corporate role focused on M&A, financings, and governance work for sophisticated clients, with meaningful responsibility in deal execution and day to day client contact. The Seattle team works closely with colleagues across offices, providing support on complex matters while maintaining a practical, business minded approach. The Opportunity You will support M&A transactions, corporate governance, and a range of corporate and financing matters. The role includes drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing diligence and closing processes, and coordinating internal and external deal teams while maintaining clear client communications.
