• We are hiring immediately for full time PACK OUT SUPERVISOR  positions.
• Location : Fresh & Ready FG KS - 9759 Commerce Parkway, Lenexa, KS 66219. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Tuesday through Saturday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous leadership experience in a warehouse required; food picking and packing experience preferred. Cold work environment.
  • Training, developing, supervising, and retaining staff members.
  • Evaluate multiple options to achieve revenue goals.
  • Provide thorough and accurate packed load dispatch and monitoring.
  • Utilize tools to achieve revenue goals (packing per hour, per work shift).
  • Supervise staff to ensure compliance with all Company procedures and policies.

• Pay Range:  $22.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for setting up and maintaining food production and quality control of food items prepared in the kitchen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares food items necessary for assigned area.
• Assigns specific duties to associates under supervision for efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Ensures proper storage and handling of products; uses portion, presentation and recipe controls.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including food and non-food working areas.
• Reports equipment repair/maintenance to appropriate supervisor or facility department.
• Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef; disciplines, trains and schedules associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
