Traton Homes is looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Construction to lead our construction operations across Florida. What You’ll Do Lead all residential construction projects from pre-construction to completion Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure project profitability Mentor and grow a talented construction team Ensure top‑tier quality, safety, and compliance standards What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in residential construction (5+ in a leadership role) Track record of managing multiple large‑scale subdivisions Bachelor's degree preferred; FL Contractors License preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment) Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills Traton Homes is a family‑owned builder with 55 years of experience, and our Florida Division is growing.
