Travel within and outside the regional work area is required.Read all the information about this opportunity carefully, then use the application button below to send your CV and application.ResponsibilitiesInstall server racks, perform hardware break-fix, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to incidents affecting service availability, escalating as neededServe as a primary contact for engineers, developers, vendors, and contractorsTake on-call duties and participate in scheduled maintenance and change managementContribute to documentation and process improvementsTrain and onboard new team membersOwn technical issues, solve problems at the root, and maintain SLAs through proactive issue detection and reportingPhysical and Schedule RequirementsWork in cramped or elevated spaces, climb ladders and stairs, and stand or walk 8+ hours a dayWork in a noisy environmentWork shifts longer than 8 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysHave a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license (no company transportation is provided)Travel or commute to active data center sites as needed, including temporary assignments for training if your site is still under developmentBasic Qualifications1+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent xhyhwjd Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidaysPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of network design, protocols, and Layer 1/2 troubleshootingAssociate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Networking Engineering) or equivalent experienceExperience managing priorities through a ticketing systemExperience in a data center or other critical environmentNotesA relocation stipend is provided to eligible candidates.
