In this technician role, you’ll be the material-flow expert for a busy production site—combining forklift mastery, inventory control, and documentation accuracy to keep lines supplied and orders shipping on time.

• 1st shift : Monday–Thursday 9:00am–5:00pm; Friday 7:00am–3:30pm EST
• Overtime : As needed
• Hourly rate : $21.63

• Operate sit-down forklifts and other equipment safely to move, stage, and store materials.
• Perform cycle counts , physical inventories , and product checks to sustain accuracy.
• Load and receive trailers ; transfer goods in/out of racking.
• Complete Hazmat-compliant loading documentation precisely.
• Transact moves via warehouse management software and RFID tools.
• Support packing and quality checks ; hand-stack pallets when needed to keep throughput steady.
• Own the final product quality for each unit packed; escalate any uncertainty to the Team Leader.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in your area; report hazards immediately.
• Engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Work around high noise (location dependent) and chemical exposure consistent with the products we make.

• 2+ years of forklift experience; sit-down experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in distribution , manufacturing , and/or food industry settings preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English .
• Sustained attention—visual focus, alertness, and listening—for extended periods.
• Capacity to stand, sit, lift, bend, crouch, reach, and climb repeatedly for up to 12 hours .
• Manual dexterity to handle sprayers, bottles, and caps .
• Commitment to Health & Safety and GMP practices.
• Able to lift 45 lbs occasionally from floor level.
• Proven ability to operate forklifts safely around people, vehicles, and equipment for up to 12 hours .
• Comfort working in a non-temperature-controlled environment with heat and humidity .
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.
