Housing Case Manager

AIDS Healthcare Foundation

A Housing Case Manager at AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) supports HIV-positive adults who are homeless or in need by helping them find safe, affordable housing. You will complete intake, assessments, service plans, and progress reviews, enroll clients into programs, and advocate with landlords and service providers to secure housing. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field and 1–2 years of case management experience, with preference for work with #J-18808-Ljbffr
