IT Financial Analyst

to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US). Day-to-Day Job Duties Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business decisions. Develop financial reports, dashboards, and analytical models using

Excel, SQL, and Power BI . Perform variance, trend, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Validate, reconcile, and maintain financial data across enterprise systems. Build and maintain financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports. Identify trends, risks, cost drivers, and opportunities for process improvement. Automate recurring financial reports and analytical processes. Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Risk, Operations, and Business teams. Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and support month-end/quarter-end reporting. Present financial insights and recommendations to business and senior management. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and process improvement initiatives. Basic Qualifications 5+ years

of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or FP&A. 4+ years

of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. 3+ years

of hands-on experience with

SQL

for data analysis and reporting. 4+ years

of experience with

Microsoft Excel , including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and financial modeling. 2+ years

of experience with

Power BI

or similar BI tools. 3+ years

of experience working with large financial datasets and enterprise systems. 2+ years

of experience with

Python/R

or other reporting automation tools. 2+ years

of experience with financial systems such as ERP, General Ledger, Treasury, or Investment Management platforms. 3+ years

of experience working with cross-functional Finance, Technology, Operations, and Business teams. 2+ years

of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong knowledge of financial concepts, KPIs, data quality, reconciliation, and management reporting. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in

Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Investment Management . Experience with

FP&A, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake , or modern analytics platforms. Experience using

AI and automation tools

for financial reporting and analysis. Knowledge of financial data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Education Bachelor’s degree in

Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering , or a related field, or equivalent experience. NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $96,800.00 to $145,200.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
