Tradeshow Manager

Avantor seeks a Tradeshow Manager to lead strategic planning and execution of flagship tradeshows globally. The role combines event strategy, vendor management, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination to drive brand awareness and measurable business impact across life-science markets.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic recommendations for global and flagship tradeshow participation aligned to business objectives
Lead negotiation of exhibit space, sponsorships, and event contracts to maximize value and cost efficiencies
Manage a portfolio of tradeshows while providing oversight and governance for regional events
Oversee logistics, registration, housing, booth assets, and onsite execution across multiple shows
Conduct post-event ROI analysis, lead metrics reporting, and strategic recommendations for future participation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years progressive experience in tradeshow, events, marketing, or agency environments
Demonstrated success leading end-to-end large-scale tradeshow planning and execution
Strong contract negotiation, budget management, and project management capabilities
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Cvent, and event measurement platforms
Healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, or bioprocess industry experience preferred
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%

Compensation: $97,500.00 - $156,975.00 base
