Lead Vibration Analyst

job summary:
Site Lead Vibration Analyst at a leading industrial company. This role is ideal for professionals with predictive maintenance experience who can lead technical initiatives, guide junior analysts, and drive reliability improvements at the site level.

The successful candidate will oversee vibration data quality, diagnostic accuracy, and reporting consistency.

The position will be based in York, PA. Moving assistance is available.

responsibilities:

• Serve as the Site Technical Leader for vibration and condition monitoring activities

• Responsible for collecting, monitoring, and analyzing customer machinery data and evaluating rotating equipment health

• Provide customer with detailed asset health reports including recommendations for maintenance activities and improved reliability

• Collect and analyze vibration data to identify faults, determine severity, and write detailed reports on your findings.

• Troubleshoot complex machinery problems

• Perform routine data collection on machinery using vibration analysis tools.

• Analyze vibration data to identify patterns and anomalies indicative of machine health

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Vibration Analyst: ISO Category II (Level 2) or III (Level 3) or equivalent

• Vibration analysis experience on industrial machinery (Rotating equipment is ideal)

• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies

• Experience working in an industrial environment

Preferred:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant degree
