CNC Operator / Machinist | 1st or 2nd Shift

Location: Racine, WI

Pay: Up to $35 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to job specifications.
• Read blueprints and verify part dimensions.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Monitor equipment and adjust tooling or offsets as needed.
• Assist with machine setups based on experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC operating or machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Setup experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

This is a Permanent position based out of Racine, WI.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
