Director, GLP-1 and Cardiometabolic Health Program Manager

Role Description

Omada Health is seeking a Director to drive the day-to-day execution and operations of our GLP-1 solutions within our broader cardiometabolic platform. This leader will help translate Omada’s GLP-1 strategy into clear plans, workflows, and cross-functional routines that support rapid, high-quality scale. Working closely with the VP and key stakeholders, you will coordinate across product, clinical, data science, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure our GLP-1 program delivers measurable impact for members, customers, and Omada.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in digital health, health technology, or a related healthcare environment
• 3–5+ years leading complex program or operations work in high-growth or rapidly changing settings

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to run cross-functional programs
• Establish and maintain operating routines
• Drive clarity and follow-through without needing to own overall company strategy
• Experience defining and tracking program metrics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of digital health products and virtual care models
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and changing priorities
• Ability to move quickly and make pragmatic decisions
