Staff Accountant

A growing organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its Finance & Accounting team. This is a hands-on opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working across AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close. The Staff Accountant will work closely with the Controller and play an important role in maintaining accurate and timely financial records. Responsibilities Manage daily accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payments. Process employee expense reimbursements and maintain vendor records. Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment posting, aging, and collections follow-up. Prepare and post journal entries. Perform monthly balance sheet and subledger reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end close. Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits. Review and post payroll journal entries and assist with payroll reconciliations. Support HR with accounting-related employee changes. Assist with reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications 3+ years of accounting experience. Working knowledge of full-cycle AP and AR. Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage deadlines and work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Experience with Sage Intacct or another cloud-based ERP. Experience with Bill.com, Ramp, or similar AP automation platforms. Previous experience supporting external audits. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dexian
