Salary Range: $27 - $28.90 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care and support to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.

Compliance / Notes:

10% Salary Placement fee.
