CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help build workforce planning capabilities. You will consolidate data, develop inputs for staffing decisions, and collaborate with operations, finance, and leadership to define what needs to be decided. You will own either data engineering/architecture or BI analytics, with emphasis on pipelines, cloud data platforms, dashboards, and KPI definitions.
