Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities TechniciansWe are seeking Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities Technicians (MHDDT) to join our team at VA Medical Center in Topeka, Kansas in a full-time capacity or locum tenens.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diplomaValid Driver's LicenseBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationMust be able to lift at least 40 pounds repetitively and requires physical strength to frequently bend, stoop, walk, push, pull, twist, squat, and lift patients with assistanceResponsibilitiesProvide direct, basic care and supervision to patients and residents at state hospitalPerform location checks, both observing and monitoringPerform environmental cleaning tasksSaratoga Medical Center, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and will not discriminate in recruiting, hiring, training, promotion, transfer, discharge, compensation or any other term or condition of employment on the basis of race, religion, color, age (over age 39), sex, national origin, or on the basis of disability if the employee can perform the essential functions of the job, with a reasonable accommodation if necessary.
