Seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to prepare, paint, and finish equipment or components in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must have hands-on experience with gravity-fed HVLP paint guns, pump-style spray systems, and paint mixing procedures.

Job Duties

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and masking.
• Apply primers, paint, and topcoats using HVLP and spray equipment.
• Mix paints and chemicals according to specifications.
• Read blueprints and follow painting requirements.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain spray equipment and painting systems.
• Follow safety procedures and production schedules.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating and maintaining HVLP paint guns and pump-style spray systems.
• Knowledge of paint mixing and chemical applications.
• Industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or equipment painting experience preferred.

Physical Capabilities

• Stand, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Climb ladders and work at varying heights.
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Work 8-10 hour shifts.
• Ability to distinguish colors and maintain depth perception.

As an Industrial Painter you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
