Assembly Machine Operator

Assembler Position Cardinal Staffing is looking for 1st and 2nd shift assemblers in Trenton, MI. The assemblers/handworkers are responsible for assembling and inspecting parts by following written work instructions. This position is primarily seated and requires attention to detail, light hand assembly, inspection, packaging, and completion of required paperwork. Candidates may also assist with basic machine operation as needed. Shifts are: 1st: 1:00am-3:45pm 2nd: 3:45pm-12:15am Pay rate is $14 per hour. Essential Job Duties Assemble parts according to written work instructions Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Identify quality concerns and repair parts when appropriate Complete required production and quality paperwork Package products according to written specifications Assist with machine operation as needed Perform other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to work in a seated position for the majority of the shift Manual dexterity for small hand assembly tasks Ability to focus on repetitive tasks with attention to detail Qualifications / Requirements Ability to read and follow written instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and punctuality About Cardinal Staffing At Cardinal Staffing, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
