About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead its financial strategy and lead the company through the IPO process. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the full lifecycle of the listing process, from internal readiness to the public debut, and will be expected to engage with top-tier investors and listing platforms. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading the entire IPO journey, developing and maintaining detailed financial models, forecasts, and business plans, creating investor materials, and overseeing financial compliance, due diligence, and reporting frameworks. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in managing IPO processes and a deep understanding of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory frameworks related to stock issuance. The role requires a background in ECM, M&A, investment banking, Big 4 advisory, or strategy consulting, as well as strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, possess high emotional intelligence, and demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience in investor-facing roles and a network of existing relationships within investment platforms are also highly valued. The CFO will be expected to be a confident communicator, fluent in English, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
