? What You’ll Do

As an LPN on our night shift team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for:

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and overnight needs
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and HIPAA standards

? What We’re Looking For

• Active Missouri LPN license (required)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion for and commitment to caring for seniors

Experience in long-term care or rehab is a plus, but not required.
