Unit Assembler Position
Currently seeking qualified candidates for a Unit Assembler Position on 1st shift in the Florence, KY area. Compensation and Benefits for the Unit Assembler

Responsibilities of the Unit Assembler
- Assemble, calibrate, and test precision for units for machine tools
- Clean and inspect parts prior to assembly
- Set preloads on various types of bearings using precision equipment
- Inspect and measure all parts needed for the unit to be assembled
- Assemble units taking many measurements with equipment
- Attach subassembly parts to prepare unit for testing
- Test operate unit
- Conduct precision measurements using various precision gauges
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition
- Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
Requirements of the Unit Assembler
1st shift 6 am- 2:30pm M-F + Saturdays
Must pass a 10 panel drug test
Must be self-driven
Must have reliable transportation
