1. Schedule advance and same day appointments for clinics and assist with mailing notifications of scheduled appointments.
2. Courteously assist with services, outpatient appointments, and transfer telephone calls to appropriate staff.
3. Provide clerical duties, electronically send appointments, request charts, and provide health summaries.
4. Maintain and order supplies for assigned work station, ensure supplies are readily available for services rendered.
5. Promotes safety and risk management initiatives for the unit to help ensure the safety of patients, visitor and staff.
6. Complies with universal precautions and infection control guideline.
