Change Management Project Manager (Hybrid, Contract)

Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated, data-driven change management plans to align cross-functional stakeholders with key program milestones. Draft and manage tailored executive communications, town hall content, and leadership narratives to build trust and maintain consistent messaging across all organizational levels. Conduct impact assessments and readiness analyses to proactively identify transformation risks and optimize operational adoption strategies. Activate and sustain a robust change champion network to foster continuous engagement, resolve friction points, and drive long-term business outcomes. Qualifications: 3+ years of change management experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors (flexible for mid-level specialists). Proficiency with structured change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) and enterprise project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira). Proven track record of crafting high-impact executive communications and managing change execution trackers independently. Bachelor's degree with strong collaborative communication skills and a consultative approach to stakeholder engagement.
