The onboarding process can take up to 10 additional business days. All onboarding, including the state license, must be completed before the specified deadline to avoid delays. The process from submission to start can take up to 2 months or longer, depending on onboarding requirements. The department treats approximately 120-150 patients per day, averaging 9 evaluations and 16 treatments per therapist daily. Common diagnoses and patient types include adult & pediatric ICUs, trauma, neuro, ortho, general medical surgical, oncology, and inpatient rehabilitation. Professionals will cover various areas including adult and pediatric acute inpatient and rehabilitation. The position requires evaluation of activities of daily living (ADLs). Team members must be able to work weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule. Self-scheduling is not permitted. All professionals are required to clock in and out at the facility. The dress code is any solid color that is clean and professional. Department-specific orientation varies based on skill level. Additional documentation is required to ensure compliance with all job expectations.
