Semiconductor Manufacturing Technician

We have long-term contract opportunities for Manufacturing Electronic Technicians.

Pay Rate : $22.00 to $25.00/Hr.

Second Shift and Weekend Shifts offer shift differential.

Available Shifts:
1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend Shift

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Technician or Engineering Technician role
• High School Diploma or Associate Degree
• Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
• Manufacturing and assembly experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and verbal instructions to build, repair, and test electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, repair, and testing.
• Identify, diagnose, and correct assembly or equipment issues.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on components and finished products.
• Utilize testing equipment including:
• Electronic Measurement Devices
• Leak detectors, Vacuum pumps, and Test fixtures.
• Maintain accurate production, labor, and work-order records in computer systems.
• Receive & audit parts to ensure availability & accuracy before assembly or repair.
• Complete detailing and finishing activities on completed products.
• Follow Safety procedures and properly use required PPE, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• May assist with software-related tasks, or equipment repairs as needed.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Working in confined spaces
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and reaching
• Climbing stairs and ladders and lifting and moving materials
• Distinguishing between colors
• Working in a manufacturing environment with elevated noise levels
• Using hand tools and power tools
• Operating forklifts and other industrial equipment

This role may involve work in a cleanroom environment and may require the use of:


Coveralls, Hoods, Booties, Safety glasses, Gloves, Respirators, and Chemical Aprons.
