A well-regarded skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Philadelphia is seeking a Director of Respiratory to lead its respiratory care program. Our facility is known for a hands-on, open-door management style and a close-knit team where staff and residents know each other by name — and we're looking for a Director of Respiratory Therapy who wants to build something meaningful here. The Director of Respiratory Therapy (RT) position oversees all respiratory services in a modern, beautifully maintained building located steps from a major medical center. Prior respiratory experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting is required.

Director of Respiratory Therapy Duties
Lead and manage the facility's respiratory therapy program and staff
Oversee respiratory assessments, treatments, and care plans for residents
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards
Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor equipment, supplies, and quality of respiratory services

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) — active license/credential
