Requirements to Apply:

Must have valid NYS Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
Availability to work in Rensselaer, Troy, or Watervliet
Must be willing to work 12hr shifts, 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am
Reliable transportation, drivers preferred
Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Job Responsibilities:

Enhance clients' well-being and quality of life
Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
