Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times. Responsibilities Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline. Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees. Set hours, create weekly schedules, and assign tasks before, during, and after opening hours. Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction. Direct, schedule, and provide training for Front of House and Back of House. Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food consistent with established recipes and procedures. Conduct formal line Taste & Temps. Enforce appropriate security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests. Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory. Practice safe food handling procedures. Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment for staff consistent with core values and operational goals.
