Join us to be part of a culture that drives meaningful results.About the Opportunity:We are looking for multiple Research Project Managers, supporting our Consulting, Corporate, Private Equity, and Market Research teams. The Research Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of market research projects. This role involves fielding, providing client updates, and ensuring quality. By facilitating effective communication and maintaining project efficiency, the Project Manager enhances our ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, contributing to the organization's success and fostering strong client relationships.What You'll Do:Project Management: Manage the overall flow and execution of projects, ensuring timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded. This includes:Owning individual projects from handoff at time of win to invoicingLeading client phone calls on processManaging multiple projects at a given timeClient Communication: Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle including:Daily updates to clientsAnswering standard client questionsScheduling and recruiting for follow-up callsQuality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables through various activities such as:Placing redirectsManaging fielding via both internal and external samplesPerforming quality checksReconciling projects and invoicingWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in market research or a related industryStrong organizational and time management abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstancesTeam collaboration and leadership skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholdersWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary: $76,000-95,000/yearFlexible vacation policy – take the time you need to rechargeComprehensive health, vision & dental insurance401k with company contributionBeautiful downtown Denver or Back Bay office with company-paid commuter benefits (parking or RTD EcoPass/MBTA pass)Opportunity for career progression with plenty of room for personal growthWhat to Expect:1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter2nd Round: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager3rd Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring TeamPlease note that we are fully onsite work environment, and require daily presence at our LoDo/Union Station (Denver) or Back Bay (Boston) office. For Cincinnati and Rochester, we don't have dedicated offices but we do have hubs with employees that you will train and meet with consistently.
