Industrial Maintenance Technician Locations: Indianapolis, IN Pay: $25-28 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-5pm Employment Type: Temp to Hire Responsibilities Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of facility and powered equipment. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment to ensure correct operation and optimize performance. Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment and plant facilities, including scheduling and conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent failures and ensure longevity and efficiency. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to perform maintenance and repair tasks safely and effectively. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent education and production maintenance experience. 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience with working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanicals, frinders, conveyors, shredders, and related industrial skills.
