Staffing, a proud veteran and minority-owned healthcare staffing agency, is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a short-term coverage assignment at an occupational health clinic.Assignment Details: Location: Richmond, Virginia Pay Rate: $58 hourly Schedule: October 12 to November 23 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 8am to 5pm Wednesday - 10am to 7pmResponsibilities: The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services with a focus around work-related injuries and risk factors, as well as an emphasis placed on health and wellness and preventative care. Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities Restore, maintain, and promote not only optimal physical function but optimal wellness and fitness and optimal quality of life as it relates to movement and health Prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities that may result from diseases, disorders, conditions, or injuries Plan, prepare and perform individually designed treatment programs Efficiently identify and document goals, anticipated progress and plans for patient re-evaluation.Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in out-patient/general orthopedic physical therapy Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Occupational health experience required Manual therapy training and orthopedic skills are preferred Current BLS/CPR certificationWhy Work with Nurse's Etc.
