Description Provides direct patient care, assists with coordination of patient education and activity planning. Responsible for patient assessment, intervention, evaluation, education and supervision of ECG (telemetry and non-telemetry), and exercise therapy. Position We are hiring for multiple openings of Exercise Physiologist – Cardiac Rehab positions in the Cardiac Rehab Department at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska! Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. 1 year of experience with emphasis on knowledge of cardiac medication, exercise physiology, nutrition, counseling techniques and patient education. Preferred Qualification Master's Degree in Exercise Science or related field. Upon hire: Certification by the American College of Sports Medicine. Why Join Providence?
