- Prepare, Review and Present Estimates for Projects
- Perform Cost Analysis on Projects
- Produce budgets from conceptual and schematic design phases that align with the organizations goals and strategy
- Lead a team of Estimators

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of Estimating Experience
- Public works, heavy civil, grading and paving focus preferred
- Experience with budget analysis, bidding, estimating, and lead all aspects of preconstruction phase
- Experience working with Civil Construction, Industrial Construction, and/or ground-up construction projects
