Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview Join our team at Allendale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an RN. Shift & Compensation Full‑time 3 PM – 11 PM opportunities available. Per‑diem availability on all shifts. $40–$49 per hour (all inclusive). $3 PIB; full‑time waives all benefits. Same‑day pay. Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as the physician’s plan of treatment. The Registered Nurse (RN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager. Registered Nurse (RN) performs medication administration and treatments per POC. Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly. Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders. Qualifications A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey. Valid BLS Certification (CPR). Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
