Program Manager – UI Inspire Location: Atlanta, GA (Local); Duration: 6+ months; Rate: $65/hr on C2C (Some Flex); Visa: US Citizen and Green Card; LinkedIn profile required. Client: State of Georgia, Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL), Georgia Technology Authority (GTA). We are looking for a Certified Program Manager with at least 10 years of experience to lead day‑to‑day program coordination and delivery oversight for the UI Inspire initiative, ensuring timely delivery of modernization milestones, federal readiness compliance, and successful launch of the new UI platform by September 2026. Responsibilities Coordinate with GDOL leadership, GTA, vendor teams, and business stakeholders. Oversee program delivery, modernization milestones, and federal readiness compliance. Lead development, system testing, data migration, and implementation readiness activities. Provide executive oversight, governance support, and reporting. Mandatory Must Have Experience managing large‑scale IT modernization or enterprise system implementation projects. Demonstrated experience managing government IT modernization initiatives, preferably in unemployment insurance, workforce systems, or human services. Experience working with multi‑vendor delivery environments and state technology governance frameworks. Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or iterative software delivery methodologies. Experience coordinating development, system testing, data migration, and implementation readiness activities. Experience supporting state unemployment insurance system modernization programs. Familiarity with federal certification processes and readiness expectations for UI systems. Experience working with public sector program governance and executive oversight structures. Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI‑ACP, or similar certifications (must upload active certification).
