Physician Assistant

Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to consider a full-time position with Liberty Healthcare’s medical group at DHCI - a highly rated skilled nursing facility located in Smyrna, Delaware. Responsibilities Providing primary care to a case load of approximately forty patients Rounding on units daily and evaluating patients Conducting examinations, performing diagnostic tests, providing preventive care, developing and managing treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases, and prescribing medications Providing consultation and health education to nursing and ancillary staff Collaborating with the facility's onsite Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, RNs, and direct support staff Actively participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings Workplace and schedule You will work onsite at DHCI Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.
