Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials are available to support daily production and warehouse operations. This role works closely with Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels to support production and warehouse operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management or ERP systems
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts
• Assist with physical inventory audits and reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
• Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments for accuracy
• Coordinate inventory movements between warehouse and production areas
• Work closely with Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability
• Generate inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Follow company safety procedures and inventory control standards

Job Requirements:

• Previous inventory control, warehouse, or inventory specialist experience preferred
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
