Compensation Consultant
Infotree Global Solutions
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to support a wide range of compensation programs and strategic initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a compensation professional who can operate independently, provide expert recommendations, and partner effectively with business leaders. Key Responsibilities Lead complex compensation program administration and consulting activities Support job architecture design, job evaluation, and grading initiatives Conduct salary market benchmarking and compensation analyses Review compensation actions for alignment with company policies and compensation philosophy Support incentive compensation and bonus program design and administration Participate in pay equity studies, organizational structure changes, and special compensation projects Perform job audits, job description development, survey analysis, and compensation data validation Required Qualifications Previous compensation experience with expertise in one or more of the following: Salary Market Benchmarking Pay Equity Analysis Preferred Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building experience Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word #J-18808-Ljbffr Infotree Global Solutions
