Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to promote optimal recovery outcomes. Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge processes, and at‑home exercise programs. Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with applicable guidelines. Engage in interdisciplinary care team meetings, contributing to a coordinated approach to patient care. Education Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution. Certifications Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist . CPR certification is preferred.
