About the Position

Number of Beds: 40 Patient Ratios: 1:7 Unit staffing description: 1 clinical nurse coordinator, 7 nurses, 4 PCTs, and 1 UC per shift. Type of equipment: Regular medical equipment for med-surg unit. Documentation system: Meditech. Scheduling requirements: 36 hours per week with rotating weekends. Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float to like units. Patient Experience requirements: 1+ years of experience. Advanced skills needed: None. Procedures performed on unit: EKGs, Glums, Venipuncture. Dress Code: Required uniform is royal blue top and bottom. Unit guidelines and policies will be provided. Staff members praise the facility's culture and the managerial support they receive.
