Coordinate the production of signage, booth messaging, branded environments, presentation materials, attendee gifts, and promotional items in partnership with internal teams and external vendors. Maintain accurate event schedules, registration lists, budgets, planning documents, vendor information, and project files. Provide onsite event support, including registration, vendor coordination, material setup, attendee assistance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Assist with post‑event activities, including attendee follow‑up, invoice coordination, budget reconciliation, feedback collection, and organization of event materials. Represent H&P professionally when interacting with customers, executives, employees, vendors, and industry partners. Marketing Content Development Develop and adapt marketing content using approved messaging, subject‑matter‑expert input, and campaign direction. Write and edit content for marketing emails, event invitations, social media posts, website and landing pages, presentations, and other digital or print materials. Support the development of customer stories, fact sheets, one‑pagers, case studies, product or technology materials, event promotions, and follow‑up communications. Project Coordination and Collaboration Manage multiple assignments and competing deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate project status, dependencies, decisions, and potential issues to appropriate stakeholders. Build productive working relationships across functions, regions, and levels of the organization. Participate in planning meetings and document decisions, responsibilities, deadlines, and next steps. Follow established brand, communications, legal, procurement, and approval processes.
