Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluation, plan of care development, and progression toward discharge.
• Experience with documentation of evaluations, goal writing, functional assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in outpatient clinic systems.
• Ability to provide patient and family education, supervise students, and participate in professional development activities.
• Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act and regulatory requirements.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Start: ASAP.
• Candidates must be able to evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and oversee discipline-specific therapy services within the outpatient clinic.
