They specialize in large-scale commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and building automation systems.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced A-Level Commercial HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in diagnosing complex mechanical issues and delivering quality repairs with minimal supervision.
Position Summary
As a Senior Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service Technician (A-Tech), you will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain large commercial and industrial HVAC systems throughout the Madison area.

- Strong troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Experience working on 50–100+ ton commercial equipment.

- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
- Guaranteed 40-hour work weeks with year-round employment
- Company take-home vehicle and gas card
- Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 7% company 401(k) match
- Paid time off (PTO)
- Career advancement opportunities into leadership or sales
